About Us

The Stow Sunday Morning group hosts an AA meeting at the Pompositticut Community Center (aka Pompo) from 11 am to noon. The meetings are "open" — all are welcome to attend.
Pompo Center Pompo is fully ADA-accessible with ample parking. Please observe the No Parking signs. Also there is no smoking anywhere on the property except by the dumpsters (depicted by a cigarette icon).

Stow Sunday welcomes casual visitors and new members. To join the group, please see the secretary or visit the raffle table.
The Stow Sunday group is part of District 24 in Eastern MA (Area 30) and is registered with G.S.O, Worcester Area Intergroup and Boston Central Service.

Group History

Since 1970, the Stow Sunday group has met at various places in Stow: St. Isadore's church, the Stow Center school, Old Town Hall, and now at the Stow Pompositticut Community Center.

The group also hosts a weekly 10 am AA beginners meeting and a monthly AA commitment at a local treatment facility (currently on hold due to Covid).

Per our textbook, Alcoholics Anonymous, our group code is love and tolerance of others.
